Q: Can anyone train in Zenshin do?

A: Zenshin do, caters for all ages from 5 upwards and is suitable for any male/female/adult/child
that dedicates themselves to learn.


Q: What do I need in order to train?

A: Just turn up in loose clothing.


Q: Do I need to be fit to start?

A: No, although fitness is an important part of our training, it is structured and built up over a period of time.
Students attending regular classes will benefit from an increased level of fitness and stamina but also
encouraged to set personal goals and train outside of the lessons in order to achieve these.


Q: What if I have a disability or existing injury?

A: Over the years the Zenshin do instructors have taught many students with disabilities and injuries,
the most important thing to do is inform your instructor so that you do not cause stress to these areas.


Q: What are the benefits of training in Zenshin do?

A: Ultimately to have a balanced mind, body and spirit in order to face any situation whether it is to
defend oneself or just in everyday life. Along with this it offers increased fitness, confidence,
self esteem and a chance to study all areas of the art.


Q: How long will it take to get a black belt?

A: This is a question I cannot answer! The answer to this question lies within yourself and depends
on how often you train and how dedicated you are.
